Commenting Policy

Let's be real. We shouldn't need to explain how to engage in congenial discourse with your industry comrades. We're 99.9% sure this page is redundant, but on the internet you can never be certain. 

Our commenting policy is fairly straightforward. Respect your peers, be sincere in disagreement, and feel free to get a little rambunctious. We want the Vertical Slice comments section to be a hotbed of polite debate, honest opinions, and barmy patter. Having a good ol' fashioned gab should be fun, y'know?

That said, if you harass, insult, disrespect, or discriminate against other members of the Vertical Slice community you will be banned. There is zero tolerance for that behaviour.

We expect you'll also use the comments to point out typos and other publication errors. That's okay! We're only human and appreciate the input—but please be kind when making us aware of our heinous crimes. 

Speaking of which, do not use our comments section to share illegal or adult material. If the rozzers start banging on the door of VSHQ I'll have no compunction about turning you in.

Bottom line: Anybody who breaks the rules or repeatedly stretches them to breaking point will have their comments removed and could face a (permanent) ban. Please, don't make us do it.
